FORMWORK

Instead of a classic wooden form work, a concrete mold is printed into which ordinary concrete can be poured if structually necessary. Before pouring, pre fabricated reinforcement can be inserted. The mold remains as part of the finished object. If you want a smooth surface, the mold can be leveled with mortar afterwards.

STAIRS

3D printed stairs natively have an anti-slip surface due to the process. They can be manufactured as a self-supporting structure for smaller staircases or as a casting mold with optional reinforcement for greater spans. Stairs are installed directly on the desired surface and fixed by anchors. In the case of garden steps laid directly onto the incline the weight of the material itself and the printed anchors fix the structure.

WALLS

3D printed walls do not have to be flat. Thanks to the digital process and robotic control, we apply the material in almost any shape. This allows us to create internal and external walls in accordance to your linking. Through the addition of pigments architecture and functionality come together perfectly - instead of painting you only have to wash the walls when they get dirty.

GARDENING

Garden design is an individual thing. When it comes to a flower garden or a fence, we can manufacture as you imagine. Integrated flower pots in your fence - no problem. SEATING

Concrete is a durable material that can stand outside for tens of years without degradation. In contrast to wooden elements that have to be replaced after a few years, concrete is easy to maintain. So if you are planning to integrate a BBQ area in your garden reconsider buying rattan or plastic chairs. Maybe the combination of concrete with wooden elements for the seating surface is worth considering.

LOGOS

PANELS

It is not always necessary to print the entire wall to achieve a modern 3D printed aesthetic. Instead, we offer printed panels that are literally hanged onto an existing wall. These panels do not have to cover the entire surface - they can also be used as partial coverings, accents or filigree structures that bring character to the inside of a room or the outside of an object.

COLUMNS

Thanks to 3D printing, we can realize columns as they were hand built back in the antique, which today would be impossible or too expensive to realize. Printed columns can serve as a decorative formwork or can be strengthened with reinforcement and filling, thus becoming a fully load-bearing structure. You prefer a flat surface so it actually looks like made from one piece of stone? No Problem we are able to smoothen the surface.
