MISSION

We do not want to automate every single process in construction! We want to preserve jobs and the hard earned knowledge of experts and put it in an optimized framework to make housing affordable again.

We want to disrupt a conservative construction industry and boost productivity by 50-60 % through the optimization of construction related processes.

Inefficiencies are costing humanity too much harm, we must get rid of "We do it that way, because we always did it that way".

Through close collaboration with academia we want to provide the world with a THE SYSTEM that will be usable by anyone. We want to bring productivity and affordable housing around the world.

VISION

Besides the manufacturing of small- and mid-scale objects we realize for you today, we have big plans when it comes to housing in the future.

We would like to have our costumers come to us in the future, pick a base house model and walk through our Virtual Reality Showroom, screenshoting the things they like so our design team has something to work with. After coordination of some designs we will build your house on-site, so you can recieve the key within 6-7 weeks.

How do we intend to accomplish
MISSION and VISION ?

System Development

We have centralized leading researchers from applied science who have developed world-leading tech. With an extensive network of universities we posess access to knowledge that is essential for developing the best system out there.

We call it THE SYSTEM, a versatile and modular printing system that enables multiple process types, and is able to print small- to large-scale objects. With cost in mind, we are aiming for funding that makes it able to sell THE SYSTEM for a reasonable price in the future to enable evereyone to print.

Centralizing responsibility

At EvoLit we want to reduce the amount of parties involved as much as possible, since we believe this is the only way to lower the costs for a costumer.

This means taking more risk from our side but we are sure in the quality we deliver through automation.

Experts that work for EvoLit will encounter less complications due to faults, and thus will be able to do their work faster and better.

Base Model Houses

Everyone buys base models of cars and adjusts them to their needs and wants. We see that this is exactly what is done with modular homes, but the degree of individualism is limited due to standardization.

We calculate the most cost- and time efficient base models that meet regional requirements such as demand and regulatories that can be individualized with the highest possible degree of freedom. 3D printing allows complex designs and individualization without the need of more labour!

Boost Efficiency

With every object we manufacture we will be able to optimize our process, and gain essential knowledge on how to make it better day by day.

Faster production towards autonomous manufacturing is ultimately what lowers the cost for a costumer.

Optimizing Material Use

Printing material only where its needed for a function like load bearing can reduce the amount in a wall by up to 70 %. Structurally a fully casted wall is not necessary!

With the pioneers of multi-material printing systems in-house we are also aiming to deploy material how its needed. This means that in the near future we will use load bearing high strength concrete for the inside of a wall and insulating material on the outside of a wall. This eliminates the process step of adding insulation. Properties can be tailored to a specific function given through the location of an object.

Provide Large Portfolio

A 3D concrete printing system is not limited to specific objects. Depending on the manipulator/kinematic it can be highly versatile all kinds of elements.

So wheather you need a stair case or an entire house we can make it happen.
